Forecourt Site Manager

Excel Recruitment is delighted to retain the opportunity to recruit for our long-standing and ever-expanding client. Our clients are seeking an experienced Site Manager for their site in Tallaght Dublin.

Salary: €40k – €45k DOE plus bonus

This established retail group is known all across the country. This experienced and sales driven Retail Manager is to ensure delivery of targets for all departments within the busy site, in terms of sales & profitability. This is through the effective management of all store operations, personnel, merchandising, local store marketing, and cost management.

Requirements:

• Come from a large forecourt or convenience background
• Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment
• Proven track record in achieving agreed targets
• Working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law
• An excellent commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changes
