Food Safety Manager – North Dublin

Excel Recruitment is thrilled to announce we are seeking a Food Safety Manager for our client’s production kitchen based in North Dublin.

Our client has enjoyed great success the past year and is looking to add a passionate foodie with a keen eye for detail to their ever-growing team.

As Food Safety Manager you will be tasked with ensuring all food safety & hygiene requirements are maintained throughout the entire production process and all records are updated correctly.

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Ensure food safety, health & safety & hygiene requirements are implemented & maintained at all times
• To manage the production in line with food safety standards in an efficient & effective manner
• Oversee & manage costs within our control to maximise business margins
• Implement food safety & quality initiatives

Requirements for this job include:

• Previous experience at Management level in a food production business
• Experience in managing a large team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in managing and producing in a high volume/ business

• Experience in meeting the HACCP and food safety requirements in an 853/2004 establishment
