Our client, a distributor representing internationally recognised food and non-food brands, is seeking an FMCG Merchandiser to manage in-store presence across approximately 30 supermarkets, convenience outlets and wholesale locations throughout Dublin.

This field-based merchandising role requires fluent English and a full, clean Irish driving licence, as a company vehicle is provided.

Previous merchandising exposure is advantageous; however, candidates currently working in retail who are interested in transitioning into a field merchandising position will also be considered.

The successful FMCG Merchandiser will be confident, proactive and personable, with strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused approach. You should be comfortable travelling daily and enjoy working across multiple retail environments.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary €33,000
* Company vehicle provided
* €8 daily lunch allowance

Key Duties of the FMCG Merchandiser

* Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully and attractively merchandised
* Executing promotional activity and implementing seasonal planograms
* Installing POS materials and managing in-store promotional displays
* Developing strong working relationships with store management and teams
* Negotiating for additional shelf space and displays
* Collaborating with the sales team to help drive revenue growth
