Finance Business Partner

Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a facilities client in north Dublin. This person will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of a number of contracts within the business. This is a full-time permanent position and a great opportunity to join a multinational company.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that all assigned contracts are financially compliant and within budget
• Verify financial information is correct before contract invoices are issued
• Ensure financial margins are adhered to and report any discrepancies
• Reconcile lodgements and payments within the system and ensure accuracy of data
• Compile and submit weekly reports to the wider financial team
• Monitor agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure financial obligations are met
• Ad hoc financial/reporting duties that may arise

Main Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience with the management and preparation of accounts
• P&L, margin management and reporting experience essential
• Strong communicator with good customer service skills
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
