Fashion Store Manager – Blanchardstown

As Store Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a flagship store, steering it toward success while nurturing a team of enthusiastic fashion enthusiasts. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team, setting the standard for excellence in customer service, merchandising, and operational efficiency. You’ll be at the forefront of our client’s brand, embodying their values and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Salary is 38-42K depending on experience + excellent bonus potential.

Key responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Drive the presentation and layout of your store, ensuring that products are showcased to their full potential and in line with brand standards.
• Sales Performance: Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability, monitoring key performance indicators and implementing initiatives to drive growth.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at every interaction.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous store management experience preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
