Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deli Manager to join our client’s thriving business in Limerick .
This role is ideal for a dynamic and food-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: €30k – €40k DOE
Responsibilities of this Deli Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the deli, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory to minimise waste and maximise profitability
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
Requirements of this Deli Manager:
- Previous deli management experience in a busy retail or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP certification
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
