Our client is a high-volume retailer, with a passion for all things food and delivering exceptional customer service. They are a busy retailer, who put a huge focus on quality and standards within their stores.

They are currently seeking a Deli Chargehand who has a working knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations, along with a passion for all things fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

There is a fantastic salary of up to €38k DOE on offer for the successful candidate

Requirements for this job:

• Previous experience managing a team of staff
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A passion for high-quality food and cooking

Duties include:

• Training and developing staff
• Following HACCP and Food Safety regulations
• Stock ordering and stock rotation
• Managing waste and margin
• Leading the team in terms of customer service
• Creating new deli recipes and ideas
