Customer Service Agent
Excel Recruitment is recruiting an energetic customer service agent for a well-established logistics company. This candidate will be assisting customers with any queries in relation to orders and product items. This is a full time temporary position with a possibility of moving to permanent. This is a Monday to Friday position and would suit someone who is working shift work, late nights or weekends and would like to move to a traditional 9 to 5 office job.
Duties of this customer service agent
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone and email queries
- Provide customer support to key customer accounts
- Provide administration support for the sales team when required
- Assist with placing and delivery of customer orders
- Manage and update customer database
- Create and share sales reports when required
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints should they arise
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times
Requirements of this customer service agent
- Professional telephone manner and customer service experience
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in logistic preferred but not required
