Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a global logistics company based near Rathcoole on the Dublin/Kildare border.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound service enquiries across internal depots, departments, and branches.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service/ Administration

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Confident speaking with customers via phone and email

Ability to multitask and work in a team as well as work autonomously

Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Fluent English both written and spoken

In return

Salary of €27,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Full-Time Permanent position

On-site parking

Please note this site is not accessible by public transport so access to your own vehicle is needed. This is a fully office based position.
