Commis Chef – north Dublin

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commis Chef for our fantastic cafe client based in Raheny, north Dublin.

Our client is a competitive food hotspot and values food quality and service in their culture. They have a high standard of customer service and grocery retail excellence.

The ideal candidate will have had previous chef experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment. They must work with enthusiasm and communicate effectively within their team.

Our client is offering a competitive salary package €30-€35k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HACCP and other Food Safety protocols
• Monitor stock and waste
• Follow the recipe given to them
• Excellent food preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Great attention to detail and have an organised approach to work

Requirements:

• Must have previous chef experience
• Good communication & organisational skills
• Knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
