Clinical Nurse Manager

Excel Healthcare is delighted to be partnering with a large Dublin-based healthcare provider, to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for one of their new residential care homes. This presents a great opportunity for an experienced CNM to take on a new challenge or for a staff nurse to take the next step in their career.

Our client has recently opened a brand-new long-term care facility, which is located on the North side of Dublin City. The building itself is bright, modern and state-of-the-art. It is a well-organised and efficiently run establishment, where career progression is encouraged. The successful candidate will be present on the floor, interacting with patients and supporting the nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provision of high-quality care
• Coordinate the assigned ward
• Manage available resources
• Conduct clinical audits of nursing documentation, infection control etc.

Requirements:

• Registered with the NMBI
• Nursing diploma
• Post-graduate experience is essential
• A desire to progress in your career
