Excel Recruitment is seeking reliable and motivated Hospital Housekeeping Staff to join our team in a healthcare facility in Mallow. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Location: Mallow, Co. Cork
Contract: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 16-39 hours per week (shift work)

Key Duties

• Clean and disinfect wards, patient rooms, corridors, and public areas

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control

• Clean washrooms and replenish hygiene supplies

• Safely use cleaning equipment and materials

• Dispose of clinical and general waste according to procedures

• Report maintenance issues or hazards

Requirements

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual

• Previous cleaning experience desirable (healthcare experience an advantage.
