We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a well-established hotel in the North County Dublin / South Meath region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional kitchen environment that values fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and a strong team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your designated section with precision and pride
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Support junior team members and contribute to training
- Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
