Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced chef to join our hospitality team for clients in the Dublin area. This is a great opportunity for a Chef to build their experience and enhance their career by working with busy and high-end clients either.
This role is great for anyone looking for full or part-time weekday/weekend shifts.

Chef Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Manual Handling and HACCP (both can be acquired with Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility with shifts

Chef responsibilities

• Prepare portions of fish, meat, and poultry
• Prepare food items as requested under specific limits
• Prepare desserts and cakes as requested
• Comply with health and safety standards
• Minimize waste
