Excel Recruitment is seeking experienced Chefs to join our team across a range of client sites in Limerick City and County. These positions are predominantly based in contract catering and food service settings, offering mainly Monday to Friday, daytime hours, ideal for maintaining a healthy work life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality food to a consistently high standard
• Adhere to all HACCP and food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborate effectively within a professional kitchen team
• Support stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
• Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and service at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to adapt to various client sites and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations
• Own transport is an advantage
