Chef – Dublin

The ideal candidate will possess previous chef experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They must work with enthusiasm and communicate effectively within their team.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HACCP and other Food Safety protocols
• Monitor stock and waste
• Follow the recipe given to them
• Excellent food preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Great attention to detail and have an organised approach to work

Requirements:

• Must have previous chef experience
• Good communication & organisational skills
• Knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
