Catering Assistant

Excel Recruitment are recruiting within the Hospitality Sector, our clients are well established and experienced in the Catering Industry across Dundalk/Louth. We are looking for candidates to work in the hospitality sector with immediate start.

Catering Assistant requirements

• Manual handling and HACCP training, if you don’t already have it we can provide training.
• Capacity to function under pressure
• A presentation that pays close attention to every detail.
• Organising and running the refrigerator and storeroom.
• Ensuring that the kitchen has the supplies, food, and tools it need.
• The kitchen must always be kept spotless.

Catering Assistant responsibilities

• Helping the chef prepare and serve food at the food counter
• Keeping the kitchen area and equipment clean and maintained to a high standard o Serving meals.
• Be ready to perform any additional tasks outside of your regular responsibilities.
