Excel Recruitment are excited to search for a multi-site Catering Operations Manager for a quick service food service provider. The role will also include managing outdoor catering operations and ad hoc projects, throughout the country.

Requirements of Catering Operations Manager:

• Experience in managing multi-site teams, including recruitment, training, coaching
• Proven track record of developing and implementing SOP’s
• Strong financial acumen with ability to understand P&L
• Ability to introduce contingency as required
• Flexible approach to work, particularly when carrying out projects, which will require working over weekends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bring a team together with a vision and plan to complete the project successfully
