Catering Assistant – Fermanagh

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team in Enniskillen. This role is ideally suited to someone looking for consistent weekday work, with the added benefit of some flexibility in hours. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy catering service, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and service areas
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Assist with setting up and clearing down service areas
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Working Hours:

• Primarily weekday shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Daytime hours, with minimal evening or weekend work required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service role is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards (training can be provided)
• Flexible approach to working hours when required
