We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Catering Assistant to join our team in the Maynooth area for daytime work. This role is well suited to individuals with previous catering or food-service experience who are confident working independently while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Setting up and clearing service areas
• Operating independently when required
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Catering Assistant or in a similar food-service role
• Experience operating a till and providing customer-facing service
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• HACCP and Manual Handling certificates required (training can be facilitated)
• Good level of spoken English
