Excel Recruitment recruiting a Catering & Accommodation Manager for our client in Lismore, Co. Waterford. We are searching for an experienced Manager with a hospitality background to oversee the day to day operations of the property.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience managing a team of people in various department, including catering, reception and housekeeping
• Have strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, waste management, purchasing, food safety systems
• Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with confidence to deliver presentations and actively engage at group meetings
• Be up to date on relevant legislation including employment, health and safety, food safety
