Excel Recruitment recruiting a Catering & Accommodation Manager for our client in Lismore, Co. Waterford. We are searching for an experienced people Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the property.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience managing a team of people in various department, including catering, reception and housekeeping
• Have strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, waste management, purchasing, food safety systems
• Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with confidence to deliver presentations and actively engage at group meetings
• Be up to date on relevant legislation including employment, health and safety, food safety
