Car Sales Executive

My client, a long-established car dealership in Carlow, takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience and offering a wide range of both new and used vehicles.

They are now seeking a personable and sales-motivated Car Salesperson to join their growing team.

Previous experience in car sales is preferable.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the dealership’s continued success.

You will be the face of the showroom, building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, helping them find the right vehicle and guiding them through the entire sales process, from first enquiry to final handover.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and takes genuine satisfaction in helping customers make the right choice.

Package: Salary €35k may be negotiable but must reflect experience, company car, phone, uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities for the job of Car Salesperson

• Welcome customers to the showroom and deliver an exceptional, friendly experience
• Conduct professional sales consultations to identify customer needs
• Present, demonstrate, and offer test drives of vehicles
• Maintain expert knowledge of current stock, features, pricing, and financing options
• Follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure accurate completion of all administrative and handover processes
