Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
• Ensure smooth and efficient morning service
• Maintain HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a breakfast chef or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Passionate about food and presentation
• Reliable and flexible with early morning availability
