Bim and Detailing Manager

BIM and Detailing Manager required to join a dynamic team at a busy structural steel company based in Kildare. As the BIM and Detailing Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and construction professionals, to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement BIM/Tekla strategies and workflows to enhance project efficiency and coordination.
2. Manage the creation, maintenance, and organization of BIM/Tekla models and associated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, Estimating, Production, Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors, to establish design objectives and deliverables.
4. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless information exchange and effective project collaboration.
5. Lead the development and implementation of BIM/Tekla standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and detailing management, preferably in the structural steel industry.
Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures.
Strong understanding of structural steel design principles, codes, and standards.
Proven experience in managing BIM projects, including clash detection, coordination, and model management.
