Barista Job

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting Barista for casual work in Hospitality and Catering units across Dublin. The shifts are usually during day, Monday to Friday, immediate start.

As a Barista, you will need to welcome customers, explain all coffee drinks available to them and prepare and sell coffee drinks. You will need to help around the kitchen and to serve food and drinks. You will need to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, restock shelves and keep the work area clean and tidy.

Responsibilities of the Barista

• Grinding and brewing coffee
• Preparing and selling coffee drinks
• Cleaning coffee machine at the end of the shift
• Foam milk
• Serve and assist customers
• Working with the till
• Assist with general kitchen duties

Requirements for the Barista:

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Good level of spoken English
• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
• Excellent time management skills and work ethic
