Requirements of the Barista:
* Previous experience and/or qualification as a barista
* Intermediate level of English
* Strong communication skills
* Neat and professional appearance
* Valid Irish work permit
* Manual Handling certification (training can be provided)

Responsibilities:
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
* Reliable and punctual
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Perform well under pressure, potentially serving over 300 coffees per day
* Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders, ensuring correct calibration for quality and consistency
* Handle cash transactions accurately
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas
* Provide a friendly and welcoming service to every customer
