Responsibilities of a Barista

• Prepare and serve top-quality coffee
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
• Take customer orders and deliver outstanding customer service every time
• Adhere to all food safety and health & safety standards
• Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to create a smooth, enjoyable experience for customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of barista experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure and keep a positive attitude
• Energetic, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Basic Food Safety Certificate (Excel can assist with this if needed)
• Driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous for travel between sites
