Assistant Manager – Dundrum

Are you an experienced Supervisor ready to take the next step in your retail career? This is an exciting opportunity to become an Assistant Manager with a well-established Irish retailer based in Dundrum, Dublin.

Our client is looking for an energetic, people-focused leader who can support the Store Manager, inspire the team, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing, customer-focused sales team
• Drive sales through effective floor management
• Ensure the store is fully prepared to trade at all times
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and merchandising standards
• Maintain excellent visual presentation in line with brand guidelines

About You:

• 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor/Keyholder
• Ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded
• Confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment
