Assistant Manager

Our client, an award-winning Irish retail chain, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join their busy store in Co. Clare.

Known for their reputation of offering 5* customer service while showcasing the best in Irish designs, this is a wonderful job opportunity for a commercial and people-focused manager.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Support the Store Manager with all aspects of driving sales and service across the store
• Coach, train, and develop a team whilst driving sales and KPI’s
• Driving operational standards throughout the departments by developing opportunities and brand promotion
• Training and developing staff in all aspects of the customer experience, including brand and product knowledge
• Ensuring excellent visual merchandising and store layout

Skills and experience required:

• 2+ years of retail supervisory or management experience within fashion, home, jewellery or similar
• Successful record of providing 5* customer service
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a passionate sales team
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong communicator and engaging personality
• Love for fashion, crafts, and design

Salary package:

• 34K
• 40-hour contract
