Assistant Butcher

Excel Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant butcher for our client in the south Dublin area. This would be an amazing opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their Butcher career, and to gain invaluable experience in a well-established business.

Salary Package: €33k-€37k

Who you are as an Assistant Butcher:

• Good customer service skills
• Work with and alongside a team
• Previous experience working on a butcher counter
• Previous experience assisting in cutting,preparing meat is preferred

Responsibilities as a Butcher’s Assistant:

• Ensuring Stock is kept fresh
• Rotate stock in accordance with dates
• Cleaning Duties
• Using machinery to cut and prepare meat
• Stocktaking
• Assisting with preparing,cutting meat
