Architectural Technician

Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Architectural Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a Architectural Technician to join a fast-growing firm in Dublin city centre.

You will work with a talented and successful team within the practice, where you will have the opportunity to gain exposure working on all project stages, both in the office and on-site, across a varied range of projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to excel in your career and work your way up. Work closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge projects across a wide range of sectors – retail, leisure, commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and the public sector.

Requirements:
-3+ years’ experience
-Strong experience in large residential/commercial projects preferred
-Possess excellent communication skills
-Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction
-Have good technical design skills
-Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI stages
-Full proficiency in Autodesk Revit
-Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
-Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects simultaneously
