Junior Baker – West Dublin

Are you passionate about baking and fresh food? Looking to take the next step in your career with a busy and successful bakery operation? We are currently seeking a Junior Baker to join a high-volume retail bakery team in West Dublin.

Salary: €15 – €16 per hour

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and baking of bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
• Following recipes and production plans accurately
• Ensuring products are prepared to the highest quality standards
• Maintaining excellent food safety and HACCP standards
• Operating bakery equipment safely and effectively
• Keeping the bakery area clean, organised and fully stocked
• Supporting the wider fresh food team when required

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a bakery, deli, fresh food or food production environment would be an advantage
• Passion for fresh food and baking
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the bakery department
• Good communication and teamwork skills
