Forecourt Store Manager – Blanchardstown, Dublin

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume forecourt and convenience retail operation in Blanchardstown.

This is a fast-paced leadership role within a well-established and growing business, offering full responsibility for store performance, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.

This role offers a competitive salary €50,000 – €55,000, a strong benefits package and the Opportunity to join a progressive and growing retail business.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large in-store team to deliver exceptional standards
• Drive sales, profitability, labour control, waste management, and operational KPIs
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and maintain outstanding store standards
• Ensure excellence across fresh food, merchandising, availability, and presentation
• Analyse store performance and implement commercial action plans to drive growth
• Maintain high standards across food safety, HACCP, health & safety, and compliance
• Create a strong in-store culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer experience
• Work closely with senior management on operational and commercial initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager within grocery, convenience, or forecourt retail
• Strong fresh food background with a passion for quality and standards
• Commercially driven with strong operational and financial awareness
• Experience managing large teams within fast-paced retail environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Hands-on management style with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
