Store Manager – Kerry

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a retailer that is truly going places, with five new stores coming on board in the coming weeks and major growth plans ahead.

Salary: €50k – €55k plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Manage all day-to-day store operations efficiently and professionally
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and commercial targets
• Recruit, train, and support team members to achieve their full potential
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Create a positive and energetic culture within the store
• Support the wider business as the company continues its exciting expansion journey

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong commercial awareness with a passion for driving results
• A hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• A genuine passion for customer service and team development
• Ambition to grow with an expanding retail business
