Store Manager – Dublin City Centre (St Stephen’s Green)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Store Manager to lead a small, high-energy retail store in Dublin city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a creative, product-led environment, with a passion for customer experience and team development. You will lead a small team, creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to deliver strong performance
• Deliver an engaging and friendly customer experience at all times
• Drive sales and achieve targets through effective leadership on the shop floor
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock, administration, and reporting duties
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Support initiatives to grow store performance and customer engagement

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a retail supervisory or Assistant Manager role
• A passion for working in a creative or product-focused environment
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team
• Energetic, hands-on, and lead-from-the-front approach
• Commercial awareness with a desire to progress into a Store Manager role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Package & Benefits

• Salary: €31,200 + OTE bonus of €1,500
• 21 days annual leave (increasing with service)
