Excel Recruitment are partnering with a busy, high-performing store in Charleville to recruit a strong, hands-on Deli Supervisor in Co. Cork.

This role offers the opportunity to Step into a key leadership role with a strong hourly rate and real opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, well-run store.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of daily deli operations
• Lead, motivate, and drive a small team to deliver high standards
• Drive sales through presentation, freshness, and promotions
• Manage ordering, stock control, and waste to protect margins
• Ensure full HACCP and food safety compliance
• Maintain a clean, organised, customer-focused environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in deli / fresh food retail
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
• Hands-on, energetic approach with strong attention to detail
• Natural leadership skills and commercial awareness
