Store Manager – Limerick

Excel Recruitment are hiring a Store Manager for a high-volume retail store in Limerick, offering €60K + bonus. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of performance, people, and standards in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

This is not a passenger role – you’ll be expected to lead from the front, drive results, and set the tone for the entire store.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a large, fast-paced retail team
• Own sales performance and deliver against key KPIs
• Drive standards in service, availability, and store execution
• Manage labour, costs, and day-to-day store profitability
• Ensure strong compliance and operational discipline
• Work closely with senior management to push performance forward

What we need:

• Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in retail/grocery
• Experience leading large teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong commercial awareness and results focus
• Confident, visible leader who drives standards and accountability
• Ability to stay calm, decisive, and effective under pressure
