Store Manager – Outdoor Sports

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, high-profile fashion and outdoor sports retail store in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader to take full ownership of store performance, team development, and customer experience within a fast-paced environment.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring the delivery of strong commercial results while maintaining exceptional service and brand standards.

Key duties:

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Take full accountability for store KPIs
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance of staff
• Create and manage staff rotas in line with business needs
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive performance
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation
• Oversee stock control, replenishment, and seasonal changes
• Maintain compliance with all operational, health & safety, and company procedures

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion/sports retail or similar
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passionate about retail and delivering an exceptional customer experience
