Casual Chefs Wanted – Greater Belfast Area

We are currently recruiting experienced chefs to join our team on a casual basis, supporting a variety of kitchens across Greater Belfast, including hotels, restaurants, schools, and staff canteens.

General Duties:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards

  • Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations

  • Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are consistently met

  • Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods

  • Adapting quickly to different kitchen environments and teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in professional kitchens

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments

  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude

  • Flexibility to work across different locations and shift patterns

  • Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential
