About the Role
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Chefs to join our growing team on a temporary, casual basis across the Greater Belfast area. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with client standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
• Work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Adhere to food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef (Commis, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or above)
• Valid food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across different locations and shift times
• Ability to adapt quickly to new kitchen environments
