Cashier – Waterford

We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Cashier for a catering environment in Waterford, with an immediate start available. This role is ideal for someone with previous catering experience who is confident handling transactions while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the till and process cash and card payments accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Assist with food service and support the catering team as required
• Maintain a clean and organised service and till area
• Handle customer queries in a professional manner
• Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cashier or catering role is essential
• Confidence using tills and handling high-volume transactions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Good understanding of food hygiene standards
• HACCP certification required (training can be arranged)
• Reliable, punctual, and available for immediate start
