Store Manager – Tipperary / Limerick

Our client operates a number of successful convenience stores across Tipperary and Limerick and is now seeking an experienced Convenience Store Manager to join their growing team.

Salary: €45,000 + Bonus

The Store Manager will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, strong commercial performance, and smooth operational management. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining excellent store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage stock control, ordering, waste, and merchandising
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and customer‑focused at all times
• Support ongoing team development and performance management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in convenience or supermarket retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing staff, stock, and store operations
• A hands‑on management style and a passion for retail excellence
