Assistant Store Manager – North Dublin

A well‑established supermarket is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Rush, North Dublin.

Salary: €40k – €45k

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of customer service
• Oversee merchandising, stock control, ordering, and store presentation
• Assist with achieving sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies
• Manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Step in for the Store Manager when required

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Duty Manager in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on approach with excellent organisational abilities
• Proven capability in achieving sales and managing KPIs
• Customer-focused with a positive, team-driven attitude
