Trainee Manager – Supermarket (Dublin)

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Manager to join our busy supermarket team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who wants to grow into a leadership role.

What’s on offer:

• Full-Time 40 Hours per Week
• €15.00 per hour + Sunday/Bank Holiday Premiums
• Pension

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations
• Lead and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
• Assist with staff rostering, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail experience preferred (supermarket experience a bonus)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
