About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a busy temp desk, supplying high-quality healthcare professionals across Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing temporary staff while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary healthcare staff

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of healthcare roles

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across Northern Ireland

  • Coordinate placements and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel

  • Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of temporary staffing processes

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
