We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse operation in Naas. This role will lead a team responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching high volumes of online orders while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy e-commerce warehouse
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and dispatch times
• Maintain strong inventory control and stock accuracy
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a warehouse or fulfillment operation
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e-commerce or retail distribution preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse processes
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
