Chef – Staff Canteen

16.50 per hourly Hotel & Catering Northern Ireland

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a busy staff canteen on our client’s site in Enniskillen. This is a temporary ongoing role, offering consistent weekday hours and a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for staff
  • Managing daily food preparation and service within the canteen
  • Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Assisting with menu planning and stock control
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Chef in a similar environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene regulations
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to ongoing temporary work
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
