Chef – Staff Canteen

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a busy staff canteen on our client’s site in Enniskillen. This is a temporary ongoing role, offering consistent weekday hours and a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for staff
- Managing daily food preparation and service within the canteen
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Assisting with menu planning and stock control
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a similar environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of food hygiene regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to ongoing temporary work
- Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
