Customer Service Representative (With C Licence)
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with a valid C Licence to join our client, a leading catering services provider based in Dublin 18. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or field sales experience who enjoys a varied role that blends client interaction with delivery responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle checks onHGV trucks and vans
- Deliver and collect products as required
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the transport department
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in line with company standards
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Represent the company professionally while on the road and on-site
Requirements:
- Minimum 2years’ experience in Customer Service or Field Sales
- Valid C Licence (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time, routes, and customer expectations effectively
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Benefits:
