Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our team, working across a range of client sites throughout Limerick City and County. These positions are mainly within contract catering and food service environments, offering predominantly Monday to Friday daytime hours – ideal for maintaining a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals to a consistently high standard
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
• Support stock management, ordering, and waste reduction
• Deliver excellent food quality, presentation, and service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and client needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across various client locations
• Own transport is an advantage
